We may transfer our rights and duties under this Agreement at any time. Neither party shall be liable for any default due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. If any provision herein is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
